In 2006, the Georgetown Jingle was created by the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, JDS Designs, Inc., and The Washington Design Center to raise money for pediatric oncology programs in the Washington DC Metro area. Thanks to the support of our wonderful partners the Georgetown Jingle has raised $1.3 million in support of Georgetown University Hospital's Pediatric Oncology programs, specifically the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Program (in collaboration with Duke University) and the Cancer Survivorship Program. Over the past four years we have had 88 designers from around the country participate in the Jingle, enjoyed the culinary offerings of 40 chefs, and welcomed more than 2800 guests. The event has grown to include a Children's Workshop, holiday tastings by leading DC chefs, amazing entertainment and incredible silent auction and raffle items. In 2010, the Georgetown Jingle will celebrate its 5th Anniversary. We hope you will join us in honoring the 2010 Patient Ambassadors and celebrating the trees and vignettes that were inspired by the beauty and courage of these patients and their families.
